At ZEVNI, we want you to feel like every light is the perfect match for your home, however, if there's an issue, you may send it back within 30 days of receipt, and we will be happy to exchange, give you a store credit or provide you a refund.
We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to exchange an item, request a store credit, or receive a refund by contact us apply for a shipping label.
Note: you are responsible for all return shipping cost unless your item is damaged on arrival, or there 's an error on our part. Use original packaging if possible. If products have been assembled or used, we cannot take them as returns.
We provide free shipping on all orders. We ship most items within 3-5 working days of your order date. We ship all lighting from our FL and CA warehouse either by UPS or FedEx, and transit times are generally 3 to 5 working days. Preorders can take as long as three weeks, generally less, before they are in stock and ready to ship.
We are here to offer help if you would like to exchange an item, request a store credit, or receive a refund. Please inspect your items to see if any damaged, missing or broken parts, or any error on our part, in which case you will receive a prepaid return label. Otherwise, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
* Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order ID and issue details or images if needed, we'll process with your return request as soon as possible.
* Wrap the package carefully. Use the original packaging if possible.
* It is important to know about the return status. Please include the tracking number in the email. We need this in case there are any issues during transition. As soon as we receive the return from you and all checked good, we will process the return which will take 2-3 business days. The label(from us) fee will be deducted from your refund.
DEFECTIVE & DAMAGED & MISSING PARTS
* If products arrived damaged, or missing parts, please notify us asap with images.We stand 100% behind our products. We will help you get needed replacements/resend a new light/exchange to other style with no extra charge.
* If you do not want parts or a replacement unit, you could return the item back to us and we will cover the return fee.
LOST IN TRANSIT
If your order gets lost during transit or is marked delivered, and yet you cannot find it, contact your courier immediately. Once your order has shipped, your courier becomes responsible for its safe delivery. Both UPS and FedEx have excellent tracking and claims support on their parcel tracking pages.
DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGES
Should you want to change the shipping address or delivery date after your item has been shipped, contact your courier immediately. Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. However, you may return them after received.
If you would like to cancel your order before it's shipped, please contact us immediately for a full refund. If an order has shipped, then we are not able to cancel the order for you.
We will issue you the refund within 2-3 days after we have received and inspected your return. Refunds are automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund. Please send a reminder to us if you do not receive your refund in time.
EXCEPTIONS - PAY ATTENTION THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF:
*Products that have been obviously installed or assembled.
*Custom orders, including those that are made-to-order or customized to your specifications.
